One platform, multiple outcomes
Theragen's platform processes carbon-based feedstocks without open-flame combustion, producing fuel, carbon black, recovered steel and power in a single pass. The system is designed for wet, dirty and mixed feedstocks and can be deployed off-grid, near the feedstock or near the load.
The oxygen-absent thermal conversion process
Tires, MSW, plastics, ag residues and sludge received at the gate.
Shredding and screening for consistent throughput.
Superheating in the absence of oxygen — no open flame.
Fuel, carbon black, steel and power separated and routed to offtake.
Designed for substantially lower emissions than incineration under design conditions. Outputs, process performance and deployment timing are subject to engineering, permitting, feedstock, offtake and commercial validation.
